1/13/09

Well, Kennedy loves Banana yogurt. She had some for the first time today and it was a hit. Later this week I plan on introducing some more meats and pastas. In the next two months she might start to get finger foods. :) We have been giving her cookies, well they aren't really cookies. :) Its teething cookies for babies. Shes loves them. Isn't too keen on pinwheels or puffs yet. But one day....

Kennedy has started dancing. I mean, she really dances. :o) When the music comes on she goes to town. I will post a video of it asap!

This morning Kennedy decided she wanted to play UNDER her exersaucer instead of in it. It was really cute and now its her favorite thing. Here are a few pictures. Enjoy!

Today was Kennedy's first time to the zoo. It was also our first time to meet our friends Lea & Ryan (and their family). We had a great time. Kennedy got to see all the animals at Lowry Park Zoo. It turned out to be $5.00 day and there were a million people there! But it was great. Kennedy got to semi play with Ryan. She missed her morning nap so she wasn't her normal bubbly self but she did great! Not a fuss out of her.

She did knock daddy's drink over on me at lunch though! Thanks Hunter! :) Overall it was a great trip. She loved the monkeys the most.

Today was fun! Hunter and I took Kennedy to the Flea Market. She loved it. She loves to look at all the people! Daddy decided he wanted to use our Snuggli and carry Kennedy around all day. She loved it but his back was hurting. He said he now knows how I felt for 9 months. (somehow I seriously doubt that!) Kennedy also had her first taste of vanilla ice cream! She loved it. She shared a cone with me.

Daddy is happy today...The Gators won!!!!!!


TGIF!! Kennedy had a great night out with mommy and some friends. We had dinner with a friend and her little girl then went to our neighbors house for a night of fun with other mommies and their little ones. Kennedy really loves other babies. She also got to meet grammy's new puppies. She wasn't quite sure what to think but it was cute to see her try to pet them. It's finally the weekend and we will get to have some family time!

We might be going to the zoo to meet up with some friends on Sunday but we aren't 100% sure yet. I bet Kennedy would love the zoo.

Thur-Thur-Thursday!

So today I was looking back on old pictures. I see how big our baby girl is getting. Its really makes you miss the old days when you look back at pictures. Seven months has flown by. So today, I'm going to leave you with some newborn pictures of Kennedy and some from her today. :) Enjoy.

Wednesday! Today was crazy and very tiring. But we all made it out alive! :o) K was such a good girl today. It was so nice sitting around playing with her.

We've been trying to introduce a sippy cup to Kennedy for two or three months now. I'm excited to say that she actually drank from one today. She ate 4 oz of formula from her sippy cup! She is definitely growing up. I've included todays pictures, even one of her with her sippy cup.
