Watching her grow

Everyday that passes I see Kennedy learn and grow. It amazes me how she can figure out how to climb up the table or the baby gate. How she is learning to eat table food. How she plays and interacts with us and others. She is an amazing little girl. Watching her eyes light up makes my day.

Today she played in the kitchen while I cooked dinner and we gave her a cup to drink from without a lid. She made a huge mess but had a great time doing it.

So far, she has liked honeybuns, shredded cheese,and ravioli in sauce. She wasn't too sure about the sour cream!

Sunday

So, I still don't have my camera fixed but Hunter rigged it so that the flash worked for part of the day and the other part it didn't. So I'll post some of the pictures, some are cute, some are crap because of the lighting. :)

Today I was superwoman. Or I felt like her anyway. I made my first pot roast in the crock pot and it was awesome. Hunter & Kennedy loved it (she had potatoes today!). We took Kennedy to the park and played in the yard with her. We washed the car, cleaned house and I baked cookies. Oh, I got lots of laundry done too! :0)

Never underestimate the power of a good mixed drink, preferably with rum. :) Why do I love Thursdays? Grey's Anatomy & Private Practice along with something sweet and a good mixed drink make for a wonderful evening.

Sorry to announce that I will not have new pictures for awhile. The flash on the camera isn't working right now and we'll have to see about getting it fixed. But I can try to update...

K has decided she doesn't want to walk, she wants to crawl. Its easier, faster and drives mommy mad! :)
